About the role
The Production Helper supports daily manufacturing operations by carrying out routine tasks that keep the line running smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the production process by performing routine, repeatable tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Support machine operators with material handling, set‑up, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor production metrics, record data, and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines consistently.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with keen attention to detail.
- Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
