Product Trainer

About the role

The Product Trainer is responsible for delivering employee training and development programs focused on communication skills, product knowledge, services, and operational policies and SOPs. The role involves creating and maintaining training materials and ensuring knowledge transfer across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and update training materials, learning theory content, audiovisual aids, and documentation for course delivery.
• Maintain a knowledge‑base portal with up‑to‑date technical and process information.
• Communicate with clients on technical and product‑related matters.
• Implement periodic product and process knowledge tests, publish results, and measure training retention.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to uphold high service quality for client customers.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for products and processes across multiple business lines.
• Publish account‑specific announcements and manage the monthly and yearly training calendar.
• Review core‑skills training programs, assess performance, and recommend improvements to the Training Manager.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Experience in employee training and development, especially in refresher and up‑skilling programs.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
• Ability to create concise training content and manage documentation.
• Familiarity with operational policies, SOPs, and quality assurance processes.
