Product Specialist – Oncology

About the role

Dr Reddy's is looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to drive demand for its oncology portfolio. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring the availability of medicines across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Generate demand for company products and meet assigned sales budgets.
• Drive sales performance, forecast accurately and exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
• Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of market, demographic and managed‑care information for the assigned territory.
• Ensure product listing and coverage in key accounts.
• Execute marketing activities according to strategy and facilitate on‑time availability of medicines.
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in oncology.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience organizing and executing sales and marketing programs in the territory.
• Strong customer focus and KOL engagement.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and collaborate effectively.
