Product Marketing Manager – Concrete Admixtures

About the role

This position leads the marketing strategy for Sika’s concrete admixture portfolio, aligning global and local objectives to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an annual Target Market Concrete Marketing Plan that supports sales targets and profitability.
• Define product value propositions, benchmark competitors, and ensure consistent positioning across all communications.
• Plan and execute demand‑generation campaigns for ready‑mix plants, contractors, consultants, and infrastructure agencies.
• Organise customer seminars, roadshows, technical workshops, plant demonstrations, and webinars.
• Create sales enablement tools such as kits, decks, comparison guides, and cost‑benefit analyses, and train sales teams.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor intelligence, monitoring industry trends and pipeline projects.
• Lead new product launch planning and coordinate with regional APAC teams for global alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical sales within construction chemicals, cement, ready‑mix concrete or industrial B2B marketing.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology and admixture applications.

• Proficiency in creating content, presentations and campaign materials.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage multiple campaigns.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, customer events and field activities.
