Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager

About the role

Xpress is looking for a Product Growth & Lifecycle Manager to drive user activation, engagement, retention and revenue across its mobile super‑app ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of product, growth marketing, data and operations, shaping the end‑to‑end customer journey from onboarding to long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new features, services, verticals and city launches.
• Coordinate launch readiness across product, marketing, operations and support teams.
• Own and optimise lifecycle marketing platforms (Segment, WebEngage, CleverTap, AppsFlyer) and channels such as push, in‑app, email and SMS.
• Design and implement behavioural engagement strategies, funnel optimisation and retention systems.
• Analyse customer insights and behavioural data to create data‑driven growth strategies.
• Monitor and improve activation rates, ride/order frequency, CAC efficiency, LTV and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and product‑oriented with a strong customer‑obsession.
• Experience in fast‑paced digital ecosystems such as mobility, fintech, e‑commerce, SaaS or app‑based platforms.
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with product, engineering, data, marketing, operations and leadership.
