Product Designer

About the role

Cebu Pacific’s Digital Experience team is looking for a Product Designer to shape the future of air travel through intuitive digital experiences. You will work across multiple platforms – desktop, mobile, kiosks and chatbots – to create user‑centred designs that enhance passenger journeys and support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret product and feature specifications to improve user experience on digital channels.
• Gather and analyse user feedback to inform design decisions and remove usability roadblocks.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with Product Owners, Product Managers, Design Leads and Developers to produce concepts, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain consistency across interfaces by creating and updating style guides, design specifications and design systems.
• Conduct usability testing and validate designs with data‑driven insights.
• Provide design specifications and interaction concepts to developers and contribute to refining user stories and acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia Graphics, Design or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of professional experience in design thinking or user‑centred design.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, storyboards, mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Understanding of mobile‑first, adaptive and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility standards and user‑centred design methods.
