Procurement Officer – Hybrid (Quezon City)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to lead our end‑to‑end sourcing activities, ensuring compliance with Australian procurement standards while delivering cost‑effective solutions. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, with two days onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City and three days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle: sourcing, RFQ/RFP issuance, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order creation.
• Ensure all activities adhere to Australian procurement regulations and internal company policies.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitoring performance and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve best value.
• Maintain accurate procurement records using ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and conduct spend analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably with exposure to Australian procurement processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work a day‑shift schedule and a hybrid work arrangement.

Required skills
