Procurement Executive

About the role

You will play a crucial role in implementing sourcing strategies for raw and packaging materials at the market level. Working closely with global procurement teams, local business partners, and suppliers, you will ensure timely, full, and specification‑compliant deliveries to support Nestlé’s production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute global sourcing strategies for raw and packaging materials within the local market.
• Communicate business needs to Nestrade, local sourcing teams, and above‑market category teams.
• Drive tail‑spend sourcing events and negotiate to achieve best total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with suppliers on development activities, switches, and compliance.
• Align functional teams, plants, and co‑manufacturers on supply requirements and risk mitigation.
• Monitor vendor performance using the Vendor Evaluation Scorecard.
• Support Procure‑to‑Pay processes, map current workflows and identify improvements.
• Manage price‑blocked invoices and maintain accurate vendor master data.
• Ensure effective contract management in SAP, including purchasing info records.
• Participate in Procurement Ensure Supply activities, risk analysis, and mitigation plans.
• Attend supplier audits, coordinate follow‑ups and enforce corrective actions per Nestlé’s Supplier Code.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing sourcing strategies and delivering competitive advantage in assigned spend categories.
• Strong project leadership and ability to work in cross‑functional, cross‑market teams.
• Excellent analytical, risk management and supplier relationship management capabilities.

• SAP (contracts, purchasing info records, master data management)
