Procurement & Contracts Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement & Contracts Officer to support our Information Systems (IS) category across corporate, on‑shore and off‑shore operations. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering cost‑effective sourcing and contract solutions for software, communications infrastructure and related technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the IS Category Lead in managing low‑value, low‑risk procurement activities for all business units.
• Apply procurement expertise to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, supply‑chain policies and joint‑venture agreements.
• Lead end‑to‑end contracting and sourcing for IS projects, including total cost of ownership analysis and market‑intelligence‑driven recommendations.
• Conduct negotiations for IS products and services, manage contract administration (terms, variations, claims) and drive supplier relationship management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or contract management, preferably within an IT or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing processes, cost analysis and risk mitigation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold compliance standards.
