Procurement Buyer Specialist (Manufacturing)

About the role

Join a globally recognised manufacturing company as a Procurement Buyer Specialist. You will support day‑to‑day procurement activities, ensure continuity of consumables supply, and coordinate export documentation to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage consumables purchasing, reporting and spend tracking.
• Coordinate export‑related documentation and shipment support.
• Maintain procurement reports, including supplier performance and non‑conformance monitoring.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely procurement.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, compliance tracking, and documentation management.
• Monitor procurement issues, escalating or resolving concerns as needed.
• Keep accurate procurement records for reporting and audit purposes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (medium to advanced) and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a track record of process improvements.
