Process Trainer – PH Registered Nurse (US Healthcare BPO)

About the role

The Process Trainer will educate, guide, and coach new employees to perform their duties effectively within a US‑Healthcare BPO environment. You will develop training content, conduct needs analyses, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training and assessments in line with statutory requirements.
• Provide feedback and coaching on core job capabilities.
• Update and develop training content based on client and business needs.
• Maintain accurate records on MIS trackers.
• Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI).
• Adhere to training schedules and ensure timely assessments.
• Use standardized materials approved by Omega Academy.
• Create question banks and leverage technology‑enabled tools to enhance training quality.
• Take ownership of each training program to meet or exceed benchmarks.
• Guide and coach trainees throughout the program and ensure understanding of statutory business requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with an active PH Registered Nurse license.
• Previous training experience in a US‑Healthcare BPO organization.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in US‑Healthcare Prior Authorization accounts.
• Good process and project knowledge.
• Logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City on a night‑shift schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
