Process Technician - Module Product

About the role

The Process Technician will support the Module Product line by performing failure analysis, maintaining test equipment, and driving yield improvements. You will work closely with process engineers and production teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct failure analysis of pump products and collect data for engineering reports.
• Support daily production line issues, perform data analysis, and assist with rework activities.
• Maintain PLD test equipment, perform calibrations, and execute GRR and SPC reviews.
• Diagnose and repair abnormal test kits, handle RMA units throughout their lifecycle.
• Perform line audits, report abnormalities, and propose improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operators.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in optics, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read simple English instructions and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with power meters, multimeters, and optical spectrum analyzers (OSA).
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using statistical tools such as SPC, histograms, distribution charts, and trend analysis.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting and rework of failure units.
• RMA handling and test kit verification.
