Process Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Process Improvement Specialist will support the design, testing, and rollout of kitchen systems, product procedures, and operational standards across our restaurant network. This role blends research, data analysis, and field work to enhance store efficiency, product quality, and overall operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine kitchen systems, product procedures, and restaurant processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Evaluate supplies, equipment, and tools, conducting testing and validation of new or revised systems.
• Prepare and update operational manuals, guides, and process documentation; partner with training teams for system rollouts.
• Visit stores to monitor implementation, validate process effectiveness, and assess operational impact.
• Research workflows, production layouts, and workstation efficiency; analyze operational data such as product performance and sales trends.
• Support programs that improve product performance and drive store growth, monitoring key operational indicators.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and special projects aimed at boosting operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in restaurant operations, food manufacturing, process improvement, or systems development is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, project coordination, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and store visits as needed.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.
