Private Tutor for Elementary Student

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated, patient, and engaging private tutor to support an elementary‑age child in a home environment. The tutor will provide personalized academic assistance, reinforce learning concepts, and help develop effective study habits.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one tutoring tailored to the child’s academic needs.
• Assist with homework, projects, and exam preparation.
• Use interactive, age‑appropriate activities to reinforce learning.
• Guide the development of organization, time‑management, and study skills.
• Communicate regularly with parents about progress and areas for improvement.
• Maintain a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
• Experience tutoring or teaching elementary‑level children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Patient, dependable, and able to build rapport with children.
• Excellent command of English.
• Willingness to work at the family’s residence in Makati City.
