Pre-Purchase Auditor – Remote Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Pre‑Purchase Auditor to join our mortgage audit team on a remote, night‑shift schedule. The role supports accurate loan delivery by reviewing mortgage files, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with underwriting standards. You will collaborate with loan officers and compliance teams to guarantee each file meets regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Audit mortgage loan files for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify borrower income, supporting documentation, and other required data.
• Ensure compliance with AUS (Automated Underwriting System) and aggregator guidelines.
• Identify and flag discrepancies to maintain high‑quality loan processing.
• Maintain accurate audit logs and generate reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during night‑shift hours.
• Good understanding of mortgage documentation and underwriting processes.
