PMO Analyst

About the role

The PMO Analyst will support project management governance, reporting, and delivery coordination for a global delivery organization that is scaling a Philippines‑based Dayforce and HCM capability. The role ensures portfolio visibility, operational readiness, and robust project controls across international implementation and optimization projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and related documentation.
• Support governance meetings, executive reporting, and delivery visibility dashboards.
• Track project actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy within PMO tools.
• Assist with resource planning, portfolio administration, and operational reporting.
• Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations during scaling activities.

Required profile

• Experience in HCM/Payroll environments.
• Background supporting project management, PMO governance, or delivery management.
• Exposure to customer‑facing implementation projects.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and analytical reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet (or equivalents).
• Reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration for governance and escalation management.
