Plating Maintenance Technician - PHD2

About the role

We are looking for a Plating Maintenance Technician (PHD2) to join our team and ensure the reliable operation of our manufacturing facilities. You will work on a variety of equipment, performing routine and preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on physical buildings, process equipment, and support systems.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to identify malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and engineering staff as needed.
• Lead scheduled maintenance activities for facilities and manufacturing machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and waste.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years of related maintenance experience.
• High school completion; vocational training or an AA degree preferred.
• Strong commitment to integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
