Platform Operations Engineer – Cloud Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a Platform Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Platforms team at Atmail. The role focuses on operating and maintaining our cloud platforms to ensure high availability, stability, and security for consumer‑oriented email services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and contribute to the formation of operational plans.
• Assist and advise on the delivery of new platform features aligned with Atmail’s roadmap and strategy.
• Establish appropriate measurements of success and ensure standards are met.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement software and platform requirements accurately.
• Resolve technical issues and facilitate communication between stakeholders to improve product and customer experience.
• Provide technical support for customer problems, offering solution guidance and identifying opportunities to delight customers.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, addressing incidents with a focus on customer and business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in software engineering or platform operations.
• Total of 5+ years professional experience, with at least 3 years in the IT field.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer problems and deliver holistic solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and within an agile team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field or equivalent experience.
