Photographer for HAL Cruise Ship (UPL)

About the role
Responsible for shooting pictures of guests on various locations on and off the ship, including embarkation, port days, pool deck, formal nights, and around dining tables.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve budgeted sales, image count, and sell‑through targets each voyage.
- Provide a warm, professional greeting to every guest.
- Produce well‑exposed, focused, and printed images that meet company standards.
- Perform department inventories, transfers, deletions, price changes, stock rotations, and bar‑coding of prints.
- Maintain and troubleshoot photographic equipment promptly.
- Follow company Core Values and Service Essentials program in all duties.
Required profile
- Formal photography education or training preferred.
- Minimum two years of event photography experience, including portrait work in large settings.
- Prior sales experience.
- Proven use of professional‑grade digital cameras and studio lighting.
- Competent Windows and Mac computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator or similar programs.
