Pharmacist – Product Registration & Training

About the role

USANA is seeking a dynamic Pharmacist to support product registration, regulatory compliance, and brand‑partner education in the Philippines. The role bridges the corporate team, local office, and regulatory authorities while ensuring product claims and labeling meet all standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle product registration with the BFAD and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and submit documentation for product licensing and launch approvals.
• Respond to product inquiries, complaints, and provide technical counsel to Marketing and Product Management.
• Write health‑related content for newsletters and the company website.
• Coordinate with the Ethics team to substantiate product claims for social media, marketing collateral, and merchandise.
• Proofread technical terms on labels, formulations, and other print materials.
• Conduct product training sessions and support events as needed.
• Manage retention samples in collaboration with Warehouse and Logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Current PRC license as a pharmacist.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong public‑speaking and training abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and able to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to other cities and provinces on weekends or evenings for events.
• Professional interpersonal and presentation skills.
