Performance Marketing Specialist – Google & Meta Ads

About the role

EMAPTA is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and drive paid media campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals while enjoying a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
• Develop targeting strategies, ad creatives, and budget allocations.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Produce regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to align messaging with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital agency or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
