About the role
We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support the planning and execution of virtual events for our clients. The role is based on‑site at our Mandaluyong City office and offers a full‑time schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating all logistical aspects of virtual events, including platform setup and participant communication.
- Maintain event timelines, track deliverables, and ensure all technical requirements are met.
- Provide real‑time support during live virtual sessions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee a seamless attendee experience.
Required profile
- Available to work on‑site in Mandaluyong City on a full‑time basis.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple virtual events simultaneously.
