People & Culture Manager

About the role

We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to independently manage day‑to‑day HR processes for Pure Form’s regional headquarters in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will ensure recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and compliance are executed accurately and with care.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recruitment and onboarding operations, including screening, interview coordination, contract preparation and system access for new hires.
• Provide first‑line employee‑relations support, document concerns and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Administer performance management processes, coordinate KPI alignment, performance review cycles and maintain related records.
• Maintain accurate People & Culture records, ensure compliance with company policies and support audits and reporting.
• Manage HR systems, trackers and databases, and prepare regular reports for leadership review.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage HR administrative tasks independently with accuracy and good judgment.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable escalating sensitive or complex matters to senior HR leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
