People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

The People & Culture Coordinator supports the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the People & Culture function at JTI, acting as a central point for coordination, employee engagement, vendor management and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the People & Culture activity calendar, aligning initiatives such as employee engagement, culture, EHS, learning and development.
• Coordinate internal meetings, programs and cross‑functional activities.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Support onboarding and coordination of People & Culture vendors, maintain documentation and monitor deliverables.
• Assist P&C leadership with calendar management, meeting scheduling, report and presentation preparation.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes and guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and promote adoption of digital tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or coordination.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and service‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
