People Champion Intern

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience, offers an internship program for college-level students who want hands-on experience, career exploration and skill development, with possible full-time employment after graduation. As a People Champion Intern, you work alongside the People team in Meycauayan, Bulacan, supporting the team's day-to-day work.

Key responsibilities

• Answer queries via chat or email and support and observe People Champs on administrative tasks
• Promote and act as a role model for the TaskUs culture and core values
• Handle administrative tasks such as tracking and filing documents, ID printing, clearance management, case management and account deactivation
• Contribute to talent attraction through online media and give candidates a positive recruitment experience

Required profile

• Legal age to qualify for an internship
• OJT unit requirement and endorsement letter from school stating the required hours
• Currently enrolled in Human Resource Management or Psychology
• CV, scanned school ID, scanned valid government-issued ID and birth certificate
