People and Culture Specialist (Immediate Start)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated People and Culture Specialist to join Lennor Group’s HR team in Taguig City. The role focuses on supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, engagement activities, and day‑to‑day HR operations in a fast‑moving Employer of Record environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and allocation of company assets.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Respond to employee inquiries, promote open communication, and help maintain positive employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team, preparing reports, documents, and forms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance the overall employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in HR, onboarding/offboarding, or employee relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
