Payroll Supervisor

About the role

The Payroll Supervisor will oversee the processing of non‑confidential payroll, manage confidential time‑keeping records, monitor employee benefits, and prepare the ALPHALIST. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, and plays a key part in keeping the organization’s payroll operations accurate and on schedule.

In addition to core payroll duties, the supervisor will have access to the company’s growth and development programs and comprehensive health coverage, supporting both professional and personal well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Process non‑confidential payroll for all eligible staff.
• Handle confidential time‑keeping and attendance data with strict confidentiality.
• Monitor and verify employee benefits information to ensure correct enrollment.
• Prepare and maintain the ALPHALIST required for payroll reporting.
• Guarantee that payroll is processed accurately and delivered on time each pay period.
