About the role
We are looking for a Payroll Officer with proven Australian payroll experience to manage the end‑to‑end payroll process for approximately 250 staff members. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from our Ortigas office and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process and administer payroll for 250 employees on a regular schedule.
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation and internal policies.
- Maintain payroll accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and produce required reports.
- Provide system support and act as a liaison between payroll, finance, and HR teams.
- Handle employee payroll queries and maintain confidential records.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in Australian payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
- Ability to manage payroll for a large employee base with high accuracy.
