About the role
The Payroll Analyst will join Tenet Global Business Center’s finance team in Taguig City, working on a hybrid schedule. This full‑time position is responsible for the end‑to‑end administration of payroll for Tenet employees. The role operates under a hybrid work model, combining on‑site collaboration in Taguig with remote tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete payroll cycle, from data collection to final disbursement.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather necessary payroll information.
- Protect the confidentiality of employee payroll data.
Required profile
- Ability to manage end‑to‑end payroll processing.
