About the role
The Payables Specialist will support global insurance operations from a remote location, working night‑shift hours with weekends off. This role focuses on accurate processing of payables, reconciliations, and month‑end closing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month‑end closing by preparing and reviewing payable reports.
- Maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address payment issues.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work night‑shift schedule with weekends off.
