About the role
We are looking for a Patient Support Representative who will handle appointment scheduling for patients remotely. The role operates on a dayshift schedule and requires providing courteous and accurate assistance through phone and online channels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound patient calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm medical appointments using the company’s system.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details.
- Provide basic information about services and direct patients to appropriate resources.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work consistently during dayshift hours.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
