Part‑time Psychology Faculty Member

About the role

National University’s Bulacan campus is seeking a part‑time Psychology Faculty Member to design, deliver, and assess undergraduate psychology courses. The position starts on November 03, 2026 and involves on‑site teaching, mentorship, and participation in academic activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop syllabi, learning materials, and evidence‑based teaching strategies aligned with university standards.
• Conduct lectures, seminars, and classroom discussions, and hold consultation hours for student support.
• Participate in curriculum development, departmental committees, and accreditation initiatives.
• Guide student research projects, supervise practicums or internships, and contribute to scholarly activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Psychology.
• Registered Psychometrician (RPm) and/or Registered Psychologist (RPsy).
• Minimum three years of combined teaching and industry experience.
• Demonstrated research or scholarly activity with familiarity in quantitative or qualitative methods.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Commitment to inclusive, learner‑centered education and professional ethics.
