Part-time Onsite ESL Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Part-time Onsite ESL Teacher to join our campus in McKinley Hill, Taguig. You will help international students improve their English proficiency across speaking, listening, reading, and writing, while fostering confidence and cultural awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging individual and group lessons using lectures, discussions, and practical activities.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching materials to match diverse proficiency levels and learning styles.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Prepare and maintain daily classroom materials and a conducive learning environment.
• Submit detailed progress reports to track development throughout the program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Communication Arts, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of teaching English or language experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proactive, flexible, and a collaborative team player.
