Part-Time Appointment Setter – Remote

About the role

Cyberbacker is looking for a confident communicator to join the team as a Part‑Time Appointment Setter. Working from home, you will connect qualified prospects with our clients, helping to grow their businesses while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective leads and schedule qualified appointments for clients.
• Respond promptly to new leads via calls, texts, and emails.
• Qualify prospects according to established criteria and client requirements.
• Conduct follow‑ups and nurture leads using CRM workflows.
• Present value propositions, handle objections, and follow approved call scripts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage appointment calendars.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

Required profile

• Previous appointment‑setting or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls and following sales scripts.
• Strong customer‑service, active‑listening, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with managing workflows and records).
