Paralegal – Corporate Governance & Compliance

About the role
The Paralegal will support AEV's Legal Team by ensuring corporate governance and regulatory compliance across assigned business units, while providing legal, administrative, and operational assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Support SEC and regulatory compliance, corporate secretarial activities, and board/shareholder meetings for assigned business units.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and coordinate with external counsel and regulatory agencies.
- Manage legal records, documentation, and corporate housekeeping tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and prepare presentations and digital materials for the Legal Team.
- Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management or a related field.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in a publicly listed company, law firm, or conglomerate.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, SEC regulations, and corporate housekeeping practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and document management abilities with keen attention to detail.
