About the role
We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Paralegal to support an Australian law firm in commercial law matters and trademark portfolio administration. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from Metro Manila while collaborating with the firm’s legal team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day legal support on commercial contracts, agreements and related documentation.
- Assist in the management and filing of trademark applications and renewals.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for senior lawyers.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely follow‑up on client requests.
Required profile
- Prior experience in commercial law or trademark matters.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Residency in Metro Manila with reliable internet connectivity.
