About the role
The Outlet Supervisor will lead the restaurant team at Raffles Makati, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting. This role combines operational oversight with hands‑on service to maintain the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the outlet team, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
- Address guest concerns promptly, providing professional and friendly service.
- Implement outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of two years fine‑dining experience in a luxury hotel.
- Service‑oriented with strong guest service skills.
- Strong leadership ability and capability to motivate colleagues.
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations.
