About the role
The Outlet Manager will oversee the Café Macaron, ensuring high‑quality guest service that meets corporate, regional and local standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of outlet functions and operations to maintain service quality.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, participate in budgeting and monitor the Micros system.
- Train and develop colleagues in decision‑making, performance management and function planning.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous).
- Minimum five years of managerial experience in a luxury hotel.
- Service‑oriented with strong guest service skills and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
Required skills
- Strong working knowledge of loyalty programs.
- Proficiency with Opera property management system.
- Experience using Micros point‑of‑sale system.
- Advanced MS Office application skills.
