Outlet Hostess

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outlet Hostess to join the front‑of‑house team at Raffles Makati, a luxury hotel in Manila’s financial district. The role involves welcoming guests, managing seating, and ensuring a seamless dining experience in our upscale outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables, coordinate seating arrangements and manage table turnover.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, adhering to Raffles service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the outlet work areas, including flipping tables and resetting stations.
• Collaborate closely with servers, bus staff and butlers to deliver efficient food and beverage service.
• Organise and manage outlet reservations using the hotel’s reservation system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of one year experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Team‑player attitude and a polished, professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with restaurant reservation software.
