Outbound Sales Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to work from home and support our collections and sales efforts for international accounts. You will contact clients, encourage timely payments, and help grow revenue while maintaining professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact clients via phone and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Communicate clearly and patiently to resolve payment issues.
• Balance relationship building with the goal of securing timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment status.
• Use dialer software and CRM tools to manage outbound campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 9 months of BPO collections experience on international accounts or 1 year of BPO sales experience on US accounts.
• Proven account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently from a home office that meets technical specifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dialer software.
