Outbound Sales Coach – Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Outbound Sales Coach to join our Travel Account team at Teleperformance in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full‑time Assistant Manager role will lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing outbound sales team while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive a high‑performance culture through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, call audits, calibration sessions, and performance reviews.
• Partner closely with Operations, Training, Quality, and Workforce teams to execute performance improvement strategies.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve productivity, conversion rates, and overall sales effectiveness.
• Facilitate sales workshops and leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and customer experience standards.
• Serve as a champion for employee engagement, recognition, and career development.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3‑4 years leadership experience in Sales, Outbound Sales, Coaching, Training, or Operations.
• Proven experience managing leaders and driving sales performance in a BPO or contact‑center environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable coaching plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and develop high‑performing teams.
