Outbound Sales Agent – US Market (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound Agent to contact prospective customers in the US market, introduce our products and services, qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who are motivated, customer‑focused and eager to develop sales skills.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails or chats to US prospects, introduce company offerings and generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need and timing, and schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
• Handle objections, provide accurate product information and follow up with reminders to improve attendance.
• Record all interactions, lead details and appointment information in the CRM and submit regular performance reports.
• Meet daily and monthly call‑volume, qualified‑lead and appointment‑setting targets while collaborating with team leaders and quality assurance.

Required profile

• High school diploma, college degree or equivalent; at least 6 months experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication in clear, professional English and confidence making high‑volume outbound calls.
• Excellent listening, probing, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities; able to qualify leads accurately.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and experience using CRM systems, dialers, ticketing or email platforms.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, organized and able to work independently under US business hours, including nights or weekends.
