About the role
Maersk is seeking an OTC Process Trainer with strong finance process knowledge, particularly in Order to Cash (OTC). The role involves delivering classroom and virtual training, owning end‑to‑end learning solutions, and aligning training with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver training sessions (both classroom and virtual) for OTC processes.
- Take full ownership of end‑to‑end learning solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Document new processes and maintain training materials.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent knowledge sharing.
Required profile
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Self‑driven, able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree with good command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in finance and accounting, especially OTC, is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong technical knowledge in SAP ECC.
- Technical knowledge in SAP S/4HANA (preferable).
- Understanding of end‑to‑end finance and accounting processes.
