About the role

The Organization Development (OD) Director will lead change initiatives across the company, driving improvements in performance, culture and growth. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and is responsible for aligning talent strategy with business objectives in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies that enhance overall company performance, culture and employee engagement.
• Act as a change agent, aligning organizational structure and talent with business goals.
• Manage company‑wide change programs and monitor their impact on productivity.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure talent initiatives support retail operations.
