Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

About the role

Join Deloitte's Philippines Delivery Center as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, supporting clients on Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, enhancements, and data migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Compensation.
• Analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and manage deliverables across functional workstreams.
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams, guide junior consultants, and ensure quality of deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, upgrades, or data migrations.
• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and implementation.
• Oracle HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, reporting, and integrations.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes (hire‑to‑retire, talent management, compensation, etc.).
