About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Manila as an Oracle HCM Director. You will lead consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, helping clients optimise HR processes, talent management and strategic workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration of Oracle HCM applications to optimise human resources processes.
• Analyse client requirements and design tailored solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Provide training and support to ensure seamless utilisation of Oracle HCM applications.
• Drive business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful engagements.
• Shape client engagements, mentor future leaders and maintain executive‑level relationships.
• Promote technological advances and foster environments where people and technology thrive together.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; 14‑20 years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
• Preferred academic background in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership or Management Information Systems.
• Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
