Operator / Inspector – Semiconductor Production

About the role

The Operator / Inspector will work on a semiconductor production line, ensuring high throughput, quality, and yield while maintaining optimal cycle times. This position supports continuous improvement and adheres to strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow semiconductor manufacturing assembly and test requirements, including ESD, 5S, and C.C.S standards.
• Report any problems promptly to production technicians.
• Operate production equipment or perform assigned tasks according to specifications and work instructions.
• Comply with IATF16949 and EHS requirements.
• Assist the production line coordinator in meeting production goals.
• Handle raw and auxiliary materials/tools correctly to support efficient manufacturing.
• Implement TPM activities and other continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Complete work sheets accurately to document results.
• Perform any additional temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Middle school certificate or higher; technical certificate preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous.
• Prior shift‑work experience is a plus.
