Operator II – Manufacturing Test Operator

About the role

The Operator II will operate assigned manufacturing equipment, ensure certification badges are up‑to‑date, and process engineering lots through final test and hand‑test areas. This role supports both automated test equipment (ATE) and manual testing, contributing to the production of high‑quality semiconductor devices.

Key responsibilities

• Handle assigned machines, maintain certification badges and certify at least one process/station.
• Process engineering lots following work instructions in final test and hand‑test areas, including ATE and manual testing.
• Attend endorsement meetings, set up Flexcell for incoming shifts, and manage reliability sample counts.
• Collect and store test data logs, summaries, CSV and STDF files in defined folders.
• Assist Flexcell technicians, perform package conversion and setup when needed.
• Execute first‑level verification (FLV) to resolve setup issues and conduct manufacturing self‑check (MSC).
• Maintain 5S standards, complete log sheets, and monitor station isolation and probe issues.
• Report any line problems to shift leader or supervisor and log machine downtime and lot history.
