Operator – Assembly & Test

About the role

The Operator will support back‑end assembly and testing activities in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with internal work instructions, safety rules and relevant regulations. This role involves repetitive assembly of components, handling of materials, and execution of basic quality checks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and attach dies, perform bonding, molding, trim & form operations.
• Assemble parts and modules according to production plans using specialized tools and assembly machines.
• Organise and monitor stock of parts, semi‑products and components, following a Kanban system or managing personal hand stock.
• Conduct visual inspections, functional checks and simple quality tests on assembled items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to EHS and company safety procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a repetitive, fast‑paced production line.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and Kanban principles.
• Attention to detail for visual and functional quality checks.
