About the role

We are looking for an Operations Support Executive to manage travel bookings across Australia, Europe, Japan and Asia. This full‑time hybrid position will allow you to own the end‑to‑end booking process and make a tangible impact on unforgettable journeys.

Key responsibilities

  • Support travel arrangements for clients across multiple regions, including Australia, Europe, Japan and Asia.
  • Handle bookings from initial request through final confirmation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain detailed records of travel itineraries and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any travel‑related issues.

  • Detail‑oriented individual who values precision and takes ownership of tasks.
  • Motivated to contribute to high‑impact travel operations.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment based in Metro Manila.
